Welcome to UltraRun (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Massimo De Marco ("I," "me," or "my"), an individual developer.

2. License & User Rights

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers.

- Upload or distribute any harmful or offensive content.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

- Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to their terms.

- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account.

- Refunds, if applicable, are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also discontinue using the App at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, ChatGPT, other APIs). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies, and I am not responsible for their functionality or data practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

11. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, I will notify you by posting an updated version within the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
